Richard leads the company using his love for the mission to help every student realise their full potential and empower their institutions to deliver great individualised learning.

Richard’s career started as a soldier in the British Army which shaped his leader mindset. Richard has also worked across sales, operations, and software engineering providing a well-rounded experience in preparation for managing Solutionpath. Since a child, the one thing that has been most prominent for him has been his entrepreneurship which helped with bringing Solutionpath to life and to this day ensures the company is always innovative and focused on making a positive impact in higher education.
