Adam leads our Service Delivery department and has varied experience of leading high performing project and programme delivery, customer success and consultancy teams. He is passionate about the positive change our products and services can provide to the Higher Education sector and is tasked with ensuring that the Service Delivery team is always finding new ways to drive our customers forwards through every engagement.
